I have been teaching yoga full time for 2 years and part-time for 4 years.
After my first 200 Hours of initial Ashtanga teacher training in Goa, I went on to develop my skills further by immersing myself in a further 500 Hours of training in Rishikesh, India.
With a passion for learning I completed 40 Hours of Yin Yoga teacher training with Norman Blair in the UK and further training with The Minded Institute in London in Yoga for Mental Health & Yoga for PTSD.
I enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga and have used these techniques to overcome anxiety, eating disorders, physical injuries and stress.
I want to share my knowledge with as many people as possible to help everyone achieve a more balanced lifestyle.
I specialise in Private Classes aimed at individuals with a wide range of conditions but thoroughly enjoy teaching Group classes just as much.
I aim to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for everyone to enjoy the benefits from their yoga practice.
